Are they insulated?

Yes. All walls (even partitions), ceiling and floor are insulated.
Is groundworks included?

All groundwork is included within your quote
Do I need planning permission?

If the building in below 2.5m in height and under 30m2 then no planning is required. Anything larger would need planning permission.
What doors and windows can I have?

We can supply either uPVC or Aluminium in most styles and colours.
Can I choose the external and internal finish?

Of course. We will work with you so you get the desired look that you wish for the room.
Can I have heating?

If you are going to be spending time in the room over the winter months, we would recommend having some form of heating. Like most things, it come down to budget. We can install an electric underfloor heating system with a wifi thermostat or an electric radiator on the wall.
Can I have more than one room?

You can divide the building up as you wish to make best use of the space.
How long does the build take?

This depends on many factors but typically between 4-6 weeks.
